Presentation of the HEPAR
The HEPAR was founded on 4 Sepember 2008 by an ex-general, famous for his struggle against the PKK. The party defends nationalism in its Turkish form (Kemalism) in opposition to the more traditional MHP. The party gained less than 1% of the votes in the 2011 election.

Flag of the HEPAR
The flag of the HEPAR (photo, photo) is red with a white disc displaying a black "Anatolian eagle" slightly shifted to the top. Beneath the disc is written the party's name in white letters: "HAK VE EŞİ:TLİK" (1st line) / "PART&İSİ" (2nd line, smaller, shifted to the fly.
